This role opens and develops relationships with Japanese companies that need custom software, APIs, AI workflows, LLM features, and fixed-scope PoCs.
- Client development in Japan

- Consultative software and AI services sales
Project Manager, JP/EN
This role keeps client delivery organized from discovery through handover: scope, notes, risks, decisions, demos, and next actions.
- Kickoffs and weekly demo rhythm
- Bilingual status notes and risk logs
- Acceptance criteria and handover support
- Coordination between client and engineering
Who fits
Both roles require strong Japanese and English communication. Experience with software, SaaS, APIs, AI, DX, consulting, or technical delivery is a strong advantage.
