Services

Build the software your team needs next.

Choose a concrete problem to solve. The senior engineer who scopes your project builds it, with deliverables, exclusions and acceptance criteria agreed before work starts.

Test an idea with a paid PoC

You need to decide whether an idea is worth a larger investment.

What we build
One narrow prototype using agreed sample data, with a demo and a next-step recommendation.
Example acceptance check
Run the agreed examples and compare the result with your current process.

Put AI into a useful workflow

Your team repeatedly reads documents, classifies requests or drafts replies.

What we build
A document, support or knowledge workflow with source context and a human review step.
Example acceptance check
A reviewer can check the output, correct it and approve the next action.

Give your team a working app

Spreadsheets and scattered tools make it hard to see and complete the work.

What we build
A focused portal, dashboard or internal app with the permissions and handover it needs.
Example acceptance check
A user can complete the agreed task, and restricted actions stay restricted.

Connect the systems you use

People copy the same information between tools or chase failed transfers.

What we build
A documented connection between the agreed systems, with visible failures and recovery.
Example acceptance check
Repeat a test event without creating a duplicate, then recover a failed transfer.

Owned product, available to inspect

From a search request to a usable product.

We built and operate Buy Houses Japan. It brings natural-language input, editable filters, a map and source-linked property records into one workflow.

  • Inspect and change the search filters.
  • Compare a result on the map and in the list.
  • Open its details and follow the original source.

Buy Houses Japan turns a natural-language request into editable filters, mapped results and a property detail page with the original source. This example shows the kind of product we build. Interface captures and listing figures are illustrative; project scope is agreed in an audit.

Choose the engagement that fits your next decision

You do not need to buy every stage. If your scope and data are ready, start with a PoC or a build. Only the teardown fee is credited toward a later sprint.

Best-fit work

Start where your project is ready.

You can bring an unclear bottleneck, a testable idea or a workflow ready for a pilot. The right engagement depends on the next decision you need to make.

A useful first conversation starts with

  • The person who owns the workflow and can judge the result
  • A walkthrough or safe sample of the work as it happens today
  • The outcome you need, your constraints and a realistic budget

You see the bottleneck, but need a plan

Bring one manual task. A teardown can map the process, assess tools and data, and recommend a first build.

Discuss a workflow teardown

You have an idea and data to test it

A narrow PoC can test one workflow against agreed examples, so you can decide whether to build further.

Scope a PoC

You have evidence and users ready for a pilot

An MVP sprint can turn the agreed workflow into a usable app, with deployment, user guidance and handover.

Plan an MVP sprint

One technical owner. A written scope. Work you can review.

The engineer who scopes your project stays responsible for delivery. We agree any additional contributor with you.

  1. 01

    Agree the first deliverable

Confirm the task, data access, exclusions, price and acceptance checks before implementation.

  2. 02

    Review working progress

Use regular demos to inspect the build. Agree changes to cost, timing and scope before that work starts.

  3. 03

    Accept and hand over

Check the agreed scenarios and receive the code, setup instructions and operating notes in your scope.

Common questions

Working with one senior, fixed-scope studio

Who delivers the work?

Urbano leads the engineering. We agree availability, communication and any additional contributors before starting. Handover includes setup instructions and the access arrangements in your scope.

Who owns the code?

The proposal identifies the project code, documentation and ownership terms. Third-party and open-source licences are listed separately so your team can review ongoing dependencies.

How is company data handled?

Before sharing data, we agree permitted inputs, access, providers, retention and any confidentiality or processing documents your team requires. Hosting and residency requirements are checked against the proposed system.

What do you need for procurement?

Send your supplier, invoicing and security requirements with the brief. We confirm the contracting entity, payment terms and required documents in the proposal. Your finance team can review the applicable tax treatment.

What if the scope changes or a check fails?

We record the failed check, its impact and the next action in the acceptance report. Changes to deliverables, cost or timing require a written agreement before that additional work begins.

Have an app, API, or AI workflow on your roadmap?

Send the goal, users, data and API situation, and target timeline. We will reply with the recommended first step, whether audit, PoC, MVP sprint, or retainer, and the NDA, DPA, and procurement flow you can expect.

  • Your enquiry is free. No payment or project commitment is made here.
  • The engineer who scopes your project usually replies within one business day.
  • Please describe the task without sharing confidential data. We can agree an NDA first.
