Subprocessor Register

Operator: Urbano DX (EU / Poland) Contact: urbano@urbanodx.com Last updated: 2026-07-14

This register lists the third parties Urbano DX commonly engages to help deliver and operate software for clients. Not every engagement uses every subprocessor: the specific list for an engagement is agreed with the client and recorded in that engagement's Data Processing Agreement, Annex III. This document is the general reference behind that annex and is referenced by the Trust and Security overview.

We give clients prior notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes their personal data, and the opportunity to object, as set out in the DPA.
